The agency has some really interesting properties on offer: I was interested in one of them and Ms Badawi was very dedicated and professional, sent me some videos, offered a very competent lawyer to bring the transaction through. She does a really good follow up on the letting of the property. While she was on holiday, one of her colleagues took over and sorted things out very well. When I first visited Northern Cyprus in January 2019, I had no idea that I wanted to live here, but I was curious to see what Cyprus was like as a place to live and to find out about the local property market. Before I arrived, I tried contacting several estate agents that I found on the internet, but only Henry Charles Estates responded to my enquiries. As soon as I arrived in Girne, their representative Narçın Timur called me and set up an appontment. It was perfect, because I did not have a lot of time, as I planned only a short trip. Narçın immediately grasped what it was I was looking for and started to show me sutable properties. But she always took care to allow me to make up my own mind and did not try to push me one way or another. The result was that I found exactly what I was looking for, even though when I had first arrived I did not know it. After that, Narçın and Henry Charles Estates led me effortlessly through the steps of getting my offer accepted on the property I had chosen, making the purchase, and applying for the necessary official permissions. Over the next few months, as I prepared to move from New York to Girne, I continued to receive help, support, and advice from Narçın and Henry Charles Estates. In short, they made the whole process very easy, uncomplicated, and stress-free. I cannot thank them enough. I have now been happily settled in Girne for three months.
